Please inform us in advance if your child will not be taking the bus. While there are no refunds for missed rides, this helps us manage scheduling better.
What if school dismissal times change?
If there are occasional changes like early dismissal, let us know in advance, and we will adjust pickup accordingly.
What happens if my child is not at the pickup point on time?
If your child is not at the pickup point, we will reach out to the school directly and handle the situation accordingly. Our drivers are experienced in managing such cases smoothly.

Enrollment & Booking
How far in advance do I need to enroll?
Your child can start as soon as the next day after payment. However, school entry permission for our bus takes around two weeks. Until then, we will pick up and drop off outside the school.

Yes, we provide cross-border transportation for students staying in Johor Bahru. We recommend subscribing to our monthly travel pass at $250 per month for a hassle-free commute.
